This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website. What my apps do with your data is described in the separate privacy policy for my apps.

Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the web server of my hosting provider: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the page you came from (referrer), and the type and version of your browser and operating system. The server needs this data to deliver the pages, and it records it in log files to keep the website secure and stable.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). My hosting provider processes this data on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes, unless they have to be kept longer to investigate a security incident.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Its scripts, styles and images are served from its own server; no content is loaded from other providers.

Links to the App Store

The links to my apps lead to Apple's App Store. Only when you follow one does your browser connect to Apple, which then processes your data on its own responsibility and under its privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).

Contact by email

If you write to me, I use your message and your email address only to answer you. I delete them once they are no longer needed for that, unless the law requires me to keep them longer.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your message concerns a contract with me, or one you want to enter into, it is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask which personal data about you I hold (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to have its processing restricted (Art. 18), and to receive it in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20). Write to info@tz-develop.de.

Right to object: where I process your data on the basis of my legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to that processing at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
